We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Orders ship from our office in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Presale timing
PRØTOCOL Hydration is currently a paid presale. Bags are expected to ship in November 2026. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will email you a revised date and offer you the option to cancel for a full refund.
Shipping cost
- Founding Member subscriptions: free shipping is included on every order.
- One-time orders: free shipping is included on one-time orders of 1 bag ($44) and 2 bags ($60).
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.
Subscription deliveries
After your first bag ships, subscription orders ship monthly after each charge on the 20th.
Problems with delivery
If your package is lost, damaged, or delivered with the wrong item, email Protocol@ProtocolDrink.com within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) and we will make it right.
