Subscription Policy

This policy covers PRØTOCOL Founding Member subscriptions sold by Protocol Energy LLC at protocoldrink.com.

What you get

One 20-stick bag of PRØTOCOL Hydration Lemon Lime per month at $33 per bag, or two bags per month at $60. Free shipping is included. Tax is added where applicable.

Billing and renewal

First charge: you are charged at signup ($33 for 1 bag, $60 for 2 bags). This pays for your first order.
First shipment: this is a paid presale. Your first order is expected to ship in November 2026. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Renewals: your subscription renews automatically. Your next charge is on December 20, 2026, then on the 20th of each month. Each charge is the same amount as your signup charge unless we notify you of a change in advance.
Payment method: we charge the payment method you used at checkout. You can update it from your account.
Failed payment: if a renewal payment fails, we will retry and email you. If payment still cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime before your next charge, from your customer account on protocoldrink.com or by emailing Protocol@ProtocolDrink.com. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund charges for orders that have already shipped. If you cancel before your first order ships, you get a full refund of your signup charge.

Pausing and skipping

You can pause your subscription from your account. While paused, you are not charged and nothing ships.

Founding Member price

Founding Member pricing is limited to the first 500 subscribers.
Your founder price stays locked while your subscription is active or paused.
If you cancel, you lose the founder price. If you rejoin later, you pay the regular price at that time.
Refunds and cancellations do not reopen a Founding Member spot.

Changes to this policy

We will email you before any change to your price or billing schedule takes effect.
