Who we are

This site is operated by Protocol Energy LLC, doing business as PRØTOCOL. We are based in North Carolina and can be reached at Protocol@ProtocolDrink.com.

What we collect

When you join The Label Club or the restock waitlist, we collect your email address and any related information you choose to share. We may also collect basic site and analytics data to understand how visitors use the site and to improve the experience.

How we use your information

We use your email to keep you updated on the waitlist, launch announcements, product drops, and other PRØTOCOL news. We do not sell your personal data. We use Klaviyo as our email service provider to send these messages and manage our lists.

Cookies and local storage

We may use cookies or similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep items in your cart, or understand how the site is used. You can adjust these settings in your browser at any time.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use a few outside services to run the store and measure our ads. Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (sent through Shopify) record visits, product views, add to cart and checkout starts so we can measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. Google Analytics and Google Ads do the same for Google, but only once we turn them on. Klaviyo powers our email list and onsite signup forms. Tidio powers our chat. Shopify runs checkout and handles your orders.

We share no names, emails or phone numbers with ad platforms from this site. We may save campaign tags and ad click IDs from the link you arrived on for up to 90 days so a later order can be credited to the right ad.

We honor Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends it, we do not load advertising tags for you.

You can use the Your privacy choices link at the bottom of every page to turn on Do not sell or share my personal information. Once saved, we stop advertising and analytics tags on that browser right away and remember your choice.

Visitors in the EU, the UK and Switzerland are asked first. Nothing in this section loads for you until you choose Accept, and you can change your mind any time from Your privacy choices.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every message. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email us at Protocol@ProtocolDrink.com.
